PlattForm Higher Education Announces Attendance at 25th Annual Conference on Distance Teaching Learning
MADISON, WI (July 27, 2009) – PlattForm Higher Education, a leading advertising and marketing agency for postsecondary education, will be attending the 2009 Conference on Distance Teaching & Learning in Madison, Wisc. at the Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center from Aug. 4-7. The annual conference, sponsored by the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will host an expected 1,000 participants.
PlattForm will host an exhibit at the conference and present an informational session. PlattForm’s SEO Specialist, Joe Mulvihill, will be presenting along with Saint Louis University School for Professional Studies’ Marketing Manager, Tony Gallini. Mulvihill and Gallini will lead the session, “What Every College and University Must Know About Internet Marketing”, on Aug. 6 from 11:15 a.m. to noon.
The Conference on Distance Teaching & Learning is an annual event attended by representatives in higher education, PK-12 education, business and industry, the military, government, health care, and community agencies. Each year the conference provides an exchange of current resources, research, and best practices from around the world that are relevant to the design and delivery of distance education/training. This year’s 25th Anniversary Conference will offer a variety of learning experiences from keynote presentations, discussions, course design demos, workshops, forums and more.
