Lyle Kraft, Vice President of Enrollment Marketing, has always been inspired by the field of education. Through his variety of education-related occupations, he has become an expert in the needs of colleges and students and the challenges they both face. After graduating from Huron University in South Dakota, he entered the field as a schoolteacher before going on to work as a college admissions representative. Lyle eventually came to the Kansas City area, where he served as Dean of Enrollment at Park University.

From there, he formed his own company, Target Marketing, which specialized in higher education marketing services. As his dedication turned into success, Target Marketing was bought by PlattForm while the company was looking to expand into traditional higher education marketing. Lyle also saw the perfect opportunity in PlattForm to improve his offerings to clients through our services. “Being a full-service agency is very unique in the education field.”

These days, Lyle spends most of his time contacting universities that are looking for new enrollment solutions. From there, he identifies the needs of each university and develops statistical research so he can put together an effective marketing strategy. “Being in the industry for 40 years, I have an understanding of what most schools are looking for and the ability to sit down and come up with a strategy that will help them.”

When he isn’t developing enrollment strategies for our clients, Lyle enjoys spending time with his wife of 40+ years and their three children and four grandchildren.
